Abstract

Abstract This study aims to investigate the effects implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) on employee performance of PT Pertamina Refinery Unit III Plaju. The data is collected using interview and questionnairre. Total Quality Management and Descriptive analysis are used to analysis employee’s Performance. Using a sampel of 286 respondents, and all respondents are employees of Pertamina Refinery Unit III Plaju. The result showed that the implementation of TQM have a positive effect on employee’s Performance. Keywords: Total Quality Management, Employees’ Performance, Indonesia
