Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis besarnya jatuh tegangan pada sisi konsumen Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikro Hidro (PLTMH) Madrasah Jamiyah Al Muawanah berkapasitas 5 kW untuk mengetahui kualitas penyaluran energi listrik sesuai standar SPLN No 1:1995. Penelitian dilakukan melalui pengukuran parameter kelistrikan meliputi tegangan, arus, frekuensi, dan daya aktif pada generator, AVR, ELC, serta sisi konsumen. Data hasil pengukuran kemudian dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak ETAP 19.0.1 untuk mengevaluasi kondisi sistem distribusi dan besarnya jatuh tegangan pada saluran sepanjang 1 km yang menggunakan transformator step-up dan step-down. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tegangan rata-rata pada sisi konsumen sebesar 209 V, sedangkan tegangan keluaran generator rata-rata sebesar 189 V. Frekuensi sistem berada pada kisaran 47,5–49 Hz, sedangkan daya aktif bervariasi sesuai jenis beban. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa sistem distribusi PLTMH mampu mempertahankan kestabilan tegangan pada sisi konsumen sehingga kualitas penyaluran energi listrik tetap baik dan memenuhi batas jatuh tegangan yang dipersyaratkan untuk menunjang operasional Madrasah Jamiyah Al-Muawanah. ABTRACT This study aims to analyze the voltage drop on the consumer side of the 5 kW Micro Hydropower Plant (PLTMH) at Madrasah Jamiyah Al-Muawanah in order to evaluate the quality of electrical power distribution in accordance with the PUIL 2011 standard. The research was conducted by measuring electrical parameters, including voltage, current, frequency, and active power at the generator, Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR), Electronic Load Controller (ELC), and consumer side. The collected data were then analyzed using ETAP 19.0.1 software to evaluate the distribution system performance and the voltage drop along a 1 km distribution line equipped with step-up and step-down transformers. The results show that the average consumer-side voltage was 209 V, while the average generator output voltage was 189 V. The system frequency ranged from 47.5 Hz to 49 Hz, and the active power varied depending on the connected load. The analysis indicates that the PLTMH distribution system is capable of maintaining voltage stability at the consumer side, thereby ensuring good power quality and meeting the allowable voltage drop limits required to support the operation of Madrasah Jamiyah Al Muawanah.
