Abstract
PERENCANAAN PERKERASAN KAKU PADA RUAS JALAN CEMPAKA-SP. 2 TRANS TANABANG KABUPATEN OKU TIMUR INTISARI Muhammad Fabian Andriano (112022033) – Teknik Sipil – Perencanaan Perkerasan Kaku Pada Ruas Jalan Cempak-SP. 2 Trans Tanabang Kabupaten OKU Timur. Jalan merupakan infrastruktur transportasi yang berperan penting dalam mendukung mobilitas masyarakat dan aktivitas perekonomian suatu wilayah. Ruas Jalan Cempaka-SP. 2 Trans Tanabang Kabupaten OKU Timur saat ini masih berupa tanah dasar (subgrade) dengan kondisi yang kurang memadai, terutama saat musim hujan menjadi berlumour dan licin, sedangkan pada musim kemarau menghasilkan debu. Salah satu alternatif yang digunakan adalah perkerasan kaku (rigid pavement) karena memiliki kemampuan menahan dan menyebarkan beban lalu lintas serta umur pelayanan yang relatif panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi eksisting dan menentukan tebal perkerasan kaku pada Ruas Jalan Cempaka-SP. 2 Trans Tanabang Kabupaten OKU Timur. Perencanaan dilakukan berdasarkan Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan (MDPJ) 2024 dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi tanah dasar melalui nilai CBR dan beban lalu lintas kumulatif. Hasil survey menunjukkan bahwa Ruas Jalan Cempaka-SP. 2 Trans Tanabang masih berupa tanah dasar dengan nilai CBR 5%. Berdasarkan hasil perencanaan menggunakan MDPJ 2024, diperoleh JSKN sebesar 11.554.303 dengan reliabilitas 90% dan faktor keamanan beban JPCP sebesar 1,2 menghasilkan tebal pelat beton sebesar 250 mm, beton kurus (Lean Concrete Subbase/LMC) sebesar 150 mm, lapisan agregat Kelas A sebesar 200 mm, serta lapisan agregat pondasi kelas C setebal 200 mm sebagai perbaikan tanah dasar. PLANNING FOR RIGID PAVEMENT ON THE CEMPAKA- SP. 2 TRANS TANABANG ROAD SECTION IN EAST OKU REGENCY ABTRACT Muhammad Fabian Andriano (112022033) – Civil Engineering – Planning For the Cempaka-SP. 2 Trans Tanabang Road Section In East OKU Regency. Roads are a vital part of transportation infrastructure that play a key role in supporting community mobility and economic activity in a region. The Cempaka- SP. 2 Trans Tanabang road section in East OKU Regency currenly consists of a subgrade with inadequate conditions; it becomes muddy and slippery during the rainly season and produces dust during the dry season. One alternative being considered is rigid pavement, as it has the ability to withstand and distribute traffic loads and offers a relatively long service life. This study aims to indentify the existing conditions and determine the thickness of the rigid pavement on the Cempaka-SP. 2 Trans Tanabang Road Section in East OKU Regency. The design was based on the 2024 Road Pavement Design Manual (MDPJ), taking into account the subgrade conditions as indicated by CBR values and cumulative traffic loads. Survey result show that the Cempaka-SP.2 Trans Tanabang road section still consist of natural soil with a CBR value of 5%. Based on the planning result using the 2024 MDPJ, a JSKN value of 11.554.303 was obtained with 90% reliability, and a JPCP load safety factor of 1,2, resulting in a concrete slab thickness of 250 mm, a 150 mm thick (Lean Concrete Subbase/LMC) layer of 150 mm, a class A aggregate layer of 200 mm, and a class C foundation aggregate layer 200 mm thick for subgrade improvement.
