Abstract

ABSTRACK The objectives of this study were 1) Determined indicator of farmer satisfaction in Sub District Makarti Jaya, 2) How connection between satisfaction implementation. The research was conducted in Sub District Makarti Jaya Sub District Banyuasin from December to February 2019. This research was used method a case study, and used two methods sampling, is census and simple random sampling method. Collect data methods used in this study were observation participants and in depth interviews to respondents who have been determined, besides the types of data collected are primary data and secondary data. Furthermore, processing data and analysis in this study is descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the study 1) the indicators of farmers satisfaction with agriculture extension services in the Makarti Jaya Sub District are: material according to farmer’s needs, aasy communication understanding, easy to accept receives criticism and suggestions, intensive visit and can be found anywhere. 2) relation between farmer satisfaction and implementation is that farmers easily apply the material provided by agricultural extension workers.
