Abstract

Harmony Plaza merupakan bangunan multifungsi yang mengintegrasikan fungsi retail dan ruang sosial untuk menjawab kebutuhan ruang kerja yang nyaman serta fasilitas pendukung aktivitas kreatif di Kota Palembang. Perancangan ini bertujuan mewadahi kegiatan bekerja, berkolaborasi, dan berinteraksi bagi perusahaan maupun masyarakat umum, dengan fasilitas berupa ruang kerja, ruang rapat, serta public creative space seperti coworking space, kafe, dan area lokakarya. Pendekatan desain menekankan kenyamanan, fleksibilitas, dan suasana inspiratif guna meningkatkan produktivitas dan kreativitas. Berlokasi strategis di Jakabaring, bangunan ini diharapkan menjadi pusat aktivitas ekonomi dan sosial serta wadah pengembangan ide dan interaksi masyarakat.
