Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh board gender diversity, perputaran aset, dan volatilitas laba terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan yang tergabung dalam Indeks ESG Leaders yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 perusahaan Indeks ESG Leaders, dengan sampel sebanyak 19 perusahaan yang diperoleh melalui metode purposive sampling selama periode 2020–2024, sehingga diperoleh 95 data observasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan board gender diversity, perputaran aset, dan volatilitas laba berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara parsial, board gender diversity tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, perputaran aset tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan volatilitas laba berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
