Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an Influence of Compensation, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Hamita Utama Karsa Musi Banyuasin. This type of research uses associative research. The sample in this study was 80 respondents from a total population of 101 employees. The sampling technique used random sampling technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used qualitative which was then quantified. The data processing technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study Y = 0.514 + 0.202 X1 + 0.264 X2 + 0.361 X3. The results of the hypothesis test showed that simultaneously compensation, motivation and work discipline had an effect on employee performance with a calculated F value (103.979) > Ftable (2.72). Meanwhile, partially compensation has a positive effect on employee performance with a calculated T value of (4.553) T table (1.665), motivation also has a positive effect on performance with a calculated T value of (5.250) T table (1.665), and work discipline also has a positive effect on employee performance with a calculated T value of (7.047) > T table (1.665).
