Abstract

ABSTRAK OLEH: ZUHROTUL AINI 632021004 Abstract: Marriage is the union of two people of different types a man and a woman who establish a bond with a covenant or contract. Through this contract, intimate relationships are possible, and are intended to maintain the sustainability of human life on earth. The purpose of marriage must be to want the family he builds to be a sakinah family. To build harmony in the family before marriage, the bride-to-be needs to make preparations. One of the things that needs to be prepared is a premarital health check. The health examination of the prospective bride and groom is then one of the administrative requirements for prospective married couples who are going to get married and is an effort to find out the health of the bride-to-be. This study aims to understand and find out the importance of health tests for prospective brides in KUA, Buay Madang Timur District and the perspective of Islamic law on health checks for brides-to-be. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach that will describe some of the data obtained, either by observation, interviews or documentation, which will then be classified and analyzed. Abstrak: Pernikahan merupakan, bersatunya dua insan dengan jenis berbeda yaitu laki-laki dan perempuan yang menjalin suatu ikatan dengan perjanjian atau akad. Dengan melalui akad ini memungkinkan terjadinya hubungan intim, dan dimaksudkan untuk menjaga keberlangsungan kehidupan manusia di muka bumi. Tujuan menikah pasti menginginkan keluarga yang dibangunnya menjadi keluarga sakinah. Untuk membangun keharmonisan dalam keluarga sebelum menikah, calon pengantin perlu melakukan persiapan. Salah satu hal yang perlu dipersiapkan adalah pemeriksaan kesehatan pranikah. Pemeriksaan kesehatan calon pengantin kemudian menjadi salah satu syarat administrasi bagi calon pasangan suami istri yang akan menikah dan menjadi upaya untuk mengetahui kesehatan calon pengantin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan mengetahui pentingnya tes kesehatan bagi calon pengantin di KUA Kecamatan Buay Madang Timur dan perspektif hukum Islam tentang pemeriksaan kesehatan bagi calon pengantin. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang akan menggambarkan beberapa data yang diperoleh, baik dengan cara observasi, wawancara ataupun dokumentasi, yang kemudian akan di klasifikasi dan dianalisis. Kata Kunci: Pemeriksaan Kesehatan Calon Pengantin, Syarat nikah, Hukum Islam
