Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan (Tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, dan assurance) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan maskapai penerbangan Lion Air di Kecamatan Sako Kota Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan asosiatif. Tempat penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Sako Kota Palembang sebanyak 100 sampel. Data yang digunakan Data Primer. Metode pengumpulan data digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji F, Uji t dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan (Tangible, emphaty, reliability, responsiveness, dan assurance) mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan maskapai penerbangan Lion Air di Kecamatan Sako Kota Palembang.
