Abstract

ABSTRACT 21st century education focuses on the ability to use media, information, and technology. One of the pillars of 21st century literacy, namely digital literacy, is the ability to understand and use various types of information from digital devices effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study was to determine the digital literacy skills of students through the implementation of E-LKPD based on Problem Based Learning assisted by bioinformatics on mutation material at SMA Muhammadiyah Palembang. The population and sample used in this study were grade XII students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1, 5 and 6 Palembang. The instrument used in this study was a digital literacy questionnaire consisting of 3 dimensions and 14 indicators. The results of the statistical test of SMA Muhammadiyah 5 Palembang were 88%, SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Palembang were 85%, and SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang were 81% (high category). The results of the ANOVA test obtained Sig 0.007 indicating a significant difference in digital literacy skills through the implementation of E-LKPD based on Problem Based Learning assisted by bioinformatics at SMA Muhammadiyah Palembang.
