Abstract

ABSTRAK Aulya Madani / 212020110 / 2024 / Pengaruh Fasilitas Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV. Sukses Intermoda Perkasa Kabupaten Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Sukses Intermoda Perkasa Kabupaten PALI, baik bersama-sama maupun sendiri-sendiri. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian assosiatif. Populasi sebanyak 140 karyawan CV. Sukses Intermoda Perkasa Kab. PALI dan sampel sebanyak 60 karyawan CV. Sukses Intermoda Perkasa Kab. PALI. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Data yang digunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisis menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Hipotesis F dan t, dan Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil Regresi Linier Berganda menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif antara fasilitas kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Sukses Intermoda Perkasa Kabupaten PALI. Hasil Uji F menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan fasilitas kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta hasil Uji t ada pengaruh signifikan fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, ada pengaruh signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan ada pengaruh signifikan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil Koefisien Determinasi menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kompetensi berkontribusi sebesar 79,5% terhadap perubahan kinerja karyawan CV. Sukses Intermoda Perkasa Kabupaten PALI. Sukses Intermoda Perkasa Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI) Regency This study aims to determine the influence of work facilities, work discipline and competence on the employee performance of CV. Success Intermoda Perkasa (PALI) Regency, both jointly and individually. This type of research uses associative research. The population is 140 employees and the sample is 60 employees. Sampling used the Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The data used is primary data and secondary data. The analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Testing F and t, and Coefficient of Determination. The results of Multiple Linear Regression show that there is a positive influence between work facilities, work discipline and competence on the employee performance of CV. Success Intermoda Perkasa (PALI) Regency. The results of the F test show that there is a significant influence of work facilities, work discipline, and competence on employee performance, and the results of the t test show that there is a significant influence of work facilities on employee performance, there is a significant influence of work discipline on employee performance, and there is a significant influence of competence on employee performance. The results of the Coefficient of Determination show that work facilities, work discipline and competence contribute 79.5% to changes in the employee performance of CV.
