Abstract

ABSTRACT Indonesia is one of the developing countries that has problems providing clean water for the community. Widodo Village experiences population growth every year, so the need for facilities and infrastructure to provide clean water is urgently needed. With the increasing population in Widodo Village, the need for clean water will definitely increase. If there is no balance between the availability of water and the population, this could result in a lack of water needs for the community. Based on the results of field observations and analysis of clean water needs in Widodo Village, Tugumulyo District, Musi Rawas Regency, it can be concluded that: 1. The total need for clean water usage based on the results of researchers' calculations in 2023 is 130,296 Liters/Day. While the availability of clean water in Widodo Village is 23,976 liters/day and has a living hour of 2 hours per day. 2. According to the requirements of the SK-SNI Clean Water, the level of household water use according to the city category, namely Subdistrict City, is 100 liters/person/day, whereas based on the results of calculations household water use is 100,170 liters/person/day. 3. There are several pipe points that have leaks, which has an influence on the distribution of clean water to the residents of Widodo Village, Tugumulyo District.
