Abstract

ABSTRAKFelza Marenta/212020057/2024/ Kholilah, S.E., M.Si./0201106001/2024/ Wani Fitriah, S.E., M.Si./0228016501/2024/ Pengaruh Kompetensi, Budaya Organisasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Pertamina Refinery Unit III Plaju/ Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi, Budaya Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Pertamina Refinery Unit III Plaju. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat Asosiatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 67 karyawan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik analisis cluster sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Teknik Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji f, Uji t dan Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Y = 3,334 + 0,382 X1 + 0,319 X2+0,296 X3. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Kompetensi, Budaya Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai Fhitung 123,552 >Ftabel 2,751. Sedangkan secara parsial Kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan thitung untuk kompetensi sebesar 6,653 > nilai ttabel sebesar 1,669. Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 4,782 > nilai ttabel sebesar 1,669. Dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja dengan nilai thitung 6,154 > nilai ttabel sebesar 1,669. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa besarnya sumbangan perubahan kompetensi, Budaya Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja sebesar 84,8% sedangkan sisanya 15,2% dijelaskan variabel-variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.Kata kunci :kompetensi, Budaya Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACTFelza Marenta/212020057/2024/ Kholilah, S.E., M.Si./0201106001/2024/ Wani Fitriah, S.E., M.Si./0228016501/2024/ The Influence of Competence, Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Employee Performance of PT. Pertamina Refinery Unit III Plaju/ Human Resources Management.This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of competency, organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT. Pertamina Refinery Unit III Plaju. This type of research is associative. The sample used was 67 employees. The data used in this research is primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique uses cluster sampling analysis techniques. The data collection method used was through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Technique, f test, t test and coefficient of determination. The research results show that Y = 3.334 + 0.382 X1 + 0.319 X2+0.296 X3. The results of the hypothesis test show that simultaneously Competence, Organizational Culture and Work Environment have a positive effect on Employee Performance with a value of Fcount 123.552 > Ftable 2.751. Meanwhile, partially, competency has a positive effect on employee performance with tcount for competency of 6.653 > ttable value of 1.669. Organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance with a t value of 4.782 > t table value of 1.669. And the work environment has a positive effect on performance with a t value of 6.154 > a t table value of 1.669. The results of the coefficient of determination show that the contribution of changes in competence, organizational culture and work environment is 84.8%, while the remaining 15.2% is explained by other variables not included in this research.Keywords: competency, organizational culture, work environment and employee performance
