Abstract
ABSTRAKShendya Handini/212020045/2024/Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk. Kencana Sari Palm Oil Mill LahatPenelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja dan stres kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk. Kencana Sari Palm Oil Mill Lahat. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian Asosiatif. Populasi penelitian PP. London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk. Kencana Sari Palm Oil Mill Lahat yang berjumlah 102 karyawan. Sampel digunakan sebanyak 81 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) Secara simultan kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk. Kencana Sari Palm Oil Mill Lahat. 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan siginifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. PP. London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk. Kencana Sari Palm Oil Mill Lahat. 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. PP. London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk. Kencana Sari Palm Oil Mill Lahat. 4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel stres kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. PP. London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk. Kencana Sari Palm Oil Mill Lahat. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja, disiplin keja, dan stres kerja mampu berkonstribusi terhadap naik turunnya produktivitas kerja karyawan sebesar 91,3%.Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Stres Kerja, dan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan AbstractShendya Handini/212020045/2024/The Influence of Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline and Work Stress on the Work Productivity of PT Employees. London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk. Kencana Sari Palm Oil Mill Lahat. This research includes associative research. PP research population. London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk. Kencana Sari Palm Oil Mill Lahat with 102 employees. The sample used was 81 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that 1) Simultaneously job satisfaction, work discipline and work stress have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PT employees. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk. Kencana Sari Palm Oil Mill Lahat. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of job satisfaction on the work productivity of PT employees. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk. Kencana Sari Palm Oil Mill Lahat. 3) There is a positive and significant influence of the work discipline variable on the work productivity of PT employees. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk. Kencana Sari Palm Oil Mill Lahat. 4) There is a positive and significant influence of the work stress variable on the work productivity of PT employees. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk. Kencana Sari Palm Oil Mill Lahat. The results of the coefficient of determination show that the variables of job satisfaction, work discipline and work stress are able to contribute to the rise and fall of employee work productivity by 91.3%.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline, Work Stress, and Employee Work Productivity
