Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, promosi dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pada marketplace bukalapak di kecamatan Semendawai Timur. 2) Untuk menegetahui pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pada marketplace bukalapak di kecamatan Semendawai Timur. 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pebelian produk pada marketplace bukalapak di kecamatan Semendawai Timur. 4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pada marketplace bukalapak di kecamatan semendawai timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Semendawai Timur. Variabel dalam penelitian ini keputusan pembelian (Y) Kualitas produk (X1) Promosi (X2) Kepercayaan Konsumen (X3). Jumalah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 96 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan 1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kualitas produk, promosi dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pada marketplace bukalapak di kecamatan semendawai timur. 2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pada marketplace bukalapak di kecamatan semendawai timur. 3) terdapat pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pada marketplace bukalapak di kecamatan semendawai timur. 4) terdapat pengaruh kepercayaan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pada marketplace bukalapak di kecamatan semendawai timur. Kata Kunci: Keputusan Pembelian, Kualitas Produk, Promosi, kepercayaan Konsumen ABSTRACT The objectives of this research are 1) To determine the influence of product quality, promotion and consumer trust on product purchasing decisions marketplace Bukalapak in East Semandawai district. 2) Forknow the influence of product quality on product purchasing decisions on marketplace Bukalapak in East Semandawai district. 3) To find out the effect of promotion on decisionspurchase product on marketplace Bukalapak in East Semandawai district. 4) To determine the influence of consumer trust on product purchasing decisions on marketplace Bukalapak in East Semandawai district. This research was conducted in East Semendawai District. The variables in this research are purchasing decisions (Y) Product quality (X1) Promotion (X2) Consumer confidence (X3).Amount The sample in this study was 96 respondents taken using techniques purposive sampling, The data collection method uses a questionnaire, the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this research show 1) there is a significant influence of product quality, promotion and consumer trust on product purchasing decisions marketplace Bukalapak in East Semandawai district. 2) there is a significant influence of product quality on product purchasing decisions on marketplace Bukalapak in East Semandawai district. 3) there is an influence of promotion on product purchasing decisions marketplace Bukalapak in East Semandawai district. 4) there is an influence of consumer trust on product purchasing decisions on marketplace bukalapak di East Semandawai district.
