Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Sabrina Az-Zahra Kesuma Program Studi : Kedokteran Judul : Hubungan Paritas Dengan Retensio Plasenta di Rumah Sakit Umum Az-Zahra Tahun 2022-2023 Angka kematian ibu (AKI) merupakan indikator penting dalam menilai kesehatan ibu, terutama risiko kematian saat hamil dan melahirkan. Di Indonesia, angka kematian ibu menunjukkan angka penurunan, tetapi masih jauh dari target yang ditetapkan. Salah satu penyebab kematian ibu adalah retensio plasenta, kondisi di mana plasenta tidak lepas dalam waktu 30 menit setelah bayi lahir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui distribusi frekuensi paritas, mengetahui angka kejadian retensio plasenta dan mengetahui hubungan antara paritas dengan retensio plasenta di Rumah Sakit Umum Az Zahra Kalirejo tahun 2022-2023. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Data diperoleh dari rekam medis ibu bersalin pervaginam di rumah sakit tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara paritas dan retensio plasenta (p > 0,05). Ini menunjukkan bahwa paritas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kejadian retensio plasenta. Kesimpulannya, distribusi frekuensi berdasarkan paritas terbanyak ada pada multipara dan grandemultipara, angka kejadian retensio plasenta di Rumah Sakit Umum Az Zahra Kalirejo tahun 2022-2023 sebanyak 11,4% serta tidak terdapat hubungan antara paritas dengan retensio plasenta. Kata kunci: Ibu Bersalin, Paritas, Retensio Plasenta ABSTRACT Nama : Sabrina Az-Zahra Kesuma Study program : Medical Title : The Relationship Between Parity and Retention of the Placenta at Kalirejo Az-Zahra Regional Hospital in 2022-2023 The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is a crucial measure for evaluating maternal well-being, particularly the likelihood of death during pregnancy and childbirth. The maternal mortality rate in Indonesia exhibits a declining trajectory, yet remains significantly distant from the established target. Retained placenta, a condition in which the placenta fails to detach within 30 minutes after childbirth, is a contributing factor to maternal mortality. This study aims to determine the frequency distribution of parity and determine the relationship between parity, determine the incidence of retained placenta and placental retention at the Az Zahra Kalirejo General Hospital in 2022-2023. The research methodology employs a cross sectional study design utilizing a retrospective approach. The data were collected from the medical records of women who delivered babies through vaginal birth at the hospital. The results showed there was no relationship between parity and placental retention (p > 0.05). This shows that parity has no effect on the incidence of retained placenta. In conclusion, the frequency distribution based on parity is highest in multiparas and grandemultiparas, the incidence of retained placenta at Az Zahra Kalirejo General Hospital in 2022-2023 is 11.4% and there is no relationship between parity and placental retention.
