Abstract
ABSTRACT In previous research, an avoider robot (obstacle course) was designed using an Arduino nano as a microcontroller and an ultrasonic sensor as a marker for objects blocking the robot's movement speed, so the author has designed an automatic floor cleaning robot using an Arduino Uno as a microcontroller and a Bluetooth module. to connect the robot to a smartphone. The aim of this research is to design an Arduino-based automatic floor cleaning robot. In designing this robot, several stages are required, namely the electrical design stage, where this stage is designing the flow of all robot components. Mechanical design, this stage is designing all the robot components into one and writing the program code. From the test results, the Bluetooth module can be connected easily, the dust suction system on the robot works perfectly. The researchers put forward suggestions for further development, namely: replacing a brushless motor with a high rotational power so that it can clean various kinds of dirt.
