Abstract
ALDO SAPTA PRATAMA. Growth Response of Grape (Vitis vinivera) Cuttings Given Various Types and Concentrations of ZPT (supervised by SUPLI EFFENDI RAHIM and R.IIN SITI AMINAH). This research was carried out in the yard owned by Prof. Dr. Supli Efendi Rahim, M.Sc. on the road. Sandalwood, Rt 08, Polygon, Palembang City, South Sumatra. This research was conducted from January to April 2023. The research was conducted using a Randomized Group Design (RBD) Factor with 3 treatment factors consisting of 3 levels each, so that 9 combinations were obtained and repeated 3 times. Each polybag consists of 3 plants, resulting in a total of 81 plant units. And made observations on the variables of shoot out time (HST), shoot length (cm), number of leaves (strands), percentage of live cuttings (%), and root length (cm). The results of giving the type and concentration of growth regulators affect the number of leaves, shoot length, and root length. but it affects the time of emergence of shoots and the percentage of life on the growth of grape cuttings. Soaking treatment with shallot ZPT with a concentration of 250/500 ml of water had the best effect on the growth of buds and the survival percentage of grape cuttings. Soaking treatment with shallot ZPT with a concentration of 500/500 ml of water had an effect on the growth of grapevine leaves. In the immersion treatment using ZPT coconut water, the concentration of 500/500 ml of water had the best effect on the growth of grapevine roots, and at a concentration of 750/500 ml of water, the fastest time for shoots to appear on grapevines. The author recommends using growth regulators such as shallot extract and coconut water to get maximum growth results. And soaking uses an anti-fungal so that when planting the cuttings the grapevines are not infected by fungus due to the high soil moisture
