Abstract

Learning using E-learning is the development of an interactive learning system that is very effective in its application and provides good benefits, especially in foreign language education in the digital era. This study aims to design multimedia-based Turkish E-learning applications to determine the needs of students for the development of an interactive Multimedia-Based Turkish Online Learning Information System, develop multimedia-based E-Learning learning media in Turkish Language Learning for Turkish Course Students by EççyAbla that can help improve institution management in scheduling and data collection in the learning process teaching. The method used in this study is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), using a black box system test model that focuses on the system's functional requirements created on the designed website. Data collection techniques were carried out by conducting interviews with the Turkish Course by EççyAbla institution, literature development, observation of the Turkish Course by EççyAbla institution, web development, and documentation.
