Abstract

ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF SERVICE LEVELS OF TRAFFIC FLOW AT THE JUNCTION OF THREE ROADS AHMAD YANI UP TO JENDRAL SUDIRMAN KOTA MUARA DUA OKU SELATAN Development in the City of Muara Dua South Oku continues to increase with the rapid social and economic growth of its people. With the continuous development of the times and the emergence of so many means of transportation accompanied by rapid population growth, transportation has now become a serious enough problem that has occurred in the City of Muara Dua South Oku. As a result of activities that use roads as parking lots for vehicles that also use the road body. As a result of the narrowing of the lanes, the level of road service has decreased and is uncomfortable. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of service in the Junction Of Three section, Ahmad Yani Street to Jendral Sudirman Street, Muara Dua City South Oku. The research was conducted at 3 research points, namely: on Ahmad Yani street, Jendral Sudirman street, Sukur Hamidi street. The analysis results show that the width of the lane is inadequate, many drivers stop on the side of the road, many drivers violate the rules at the Junction Of Three Ahmad Yani Street which causes vehicle delays on Jendral Sudirman Street and Sukur Hamidi Street and there are no traffic signs at the crossroads.
