Abstract

Transportation is a very important field of activity in the life of indonesia people, especially in palembang City as the capital city of south sumatra. One aspect of transportation that concerns the needs of the masses is public transportation, such as the feeder which uses the LRT (Light Rail Transit). Feeder is a passanger transport whose job is to collect passangers to be distributed specifically for certain transportation routes. This study uses the survey method by way of direct interviews (face to face) using questionnaires to obtain primary data which will later be processed to obtain the desired data. From the results of this survey, the service level or occupancy level of LRT (Light Rail Transit) and feeder was obtained on corridor 5 Eficiensi. Most of the respondents stated that they strongly agreed,agreed and quite agreed that it touched the 65 percent mark.which means that almost half of the respondents felt quite effective, satisfied, and intereseted in the service and operation of the Feeder mode of transtation in the city of palembang
