Abstract
ABSTRACT Kurniawan Arrahman/ 212019135/ 2023/ The Influence of Work Motivation and Job Training on Employee Performance at PT. Andira Agro, Banyuasin Regency. This study aims to determine [1] the effect of work motivation and job training on employee performance [2] the effect of work motivation on job training [3] the effect of work motivation on employee performance in Banyuasin Regency both simultaneously and partially. This research is an associative type, with the variables used are work motivation, training and employee performance. The sample used was 60 respondents using proportional stratified random sampling. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis prove work motivation, job training, on employee performance. [1] The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test show that there is a significant effect of work motivation and job training on employee performance. Partial hypothesis testing [2] there is a significant effect of work motivation on job training, and [3] there is a significant effect of job training on employee performance. The value of the coefficient of determination shows that the variables of work motivation and job training can contribute to the ups and downs of employee performance.
