Abstract

ABSTRACT The aims of this study were to determine the effect of work motivation and compensation on the morale of Pizza Hut Delivery Palembang employees. This research includes associative research. The population of this research is 106 employees of Pizza Hut Delivery Palembang. The sample was determined as many as 51 people who were taken by simple random sampling. The data used are primary data as the main data, and secondary data. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression, hypothesis testing (F and t), and the coefficient of determinationThe results of the hypothesis test show 1) There is a significant influence of motivation and compensation variables on the morale of Pizza Hut Delivery Palembang employees. These results are evidenced by the results of the F test 80.060 > F table 2.42 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.10. 2) There is a significant influence of the motivational variable on the morale of Pizza Hut Delivery Palembang employees. This result is evidenced by the results of the t test 5.584 > t table 1.667 and a sig of 0.000 < 0.10. 3) There is a significant effect of the compensation variable on the morale of Pizza Hut Delivery Palembang employees. This result is evidenced by the results of the t test 3.873 > t table 1.667 and a significance of 0.000 <0.10. Keywords : Morale, Motivation, Compensation
