Abstract

One of the road links that has a big role in the city of Palembang is along the MP Mangkunegara road, the level of density and traffic congestion at this point of the road is quite large because it is one of the access points to several places in the city of Palembang. Research on the topic of traffic flow service levels, on the MP Mangkunegara road, Palembang city, has a research focus, finding appropriate policy alternatives to increase the level of traffic flow services in the area. The lowest level of service with a number (> 1.00) in the afternoon (16:00-18:00) on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays on Jalan MP Mangkunegara towards Darussaid Mosque has the highest volume of vehicles with service level F.
