Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine whether the market value; earnings Per Share and Price Earning Ratio, Leverage and profitability; Return on assets, and Net Profit Margin have a significant effect on stock returns simultaneously and partially. The population in this study used 30 companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Samples were obtained by 14 companies for five years from the period 2017-2021 with sampling techniques using the purposive sampling method. The Data needed for this study is secondary data. The data analysis used is a quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, and hypothesis testing using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a significant influence between market value; earnings per Share and Price Earning Ratio, Leverage, profitability; Return on assets, and Net Profit Margin on stock returns. As for partially showing that profitability; Price Earning Ratio, Leverage, profitability; Return on assets, and Net Profit Margin have a significant effect on stock returns. While the profitability variable; earnings per Share partially does not have a significant effect on stock returns.
