Abstract
(SUMMARY EGGA ZUNI LESTYANI, Application of mycorrhizal fertilizer with different varieties on cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens L.) (supervised by IIN SITI AMINAH and DESSY TRI ASTUTI). This study aims to determine and determine the best variety and dose of mycorrhizal fertilizer on the growth and yield of Cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens L.). Palembang, South Sumatra Province. Implementation time from May to August 2022. This study was conducted using an experimental method with a spit plot design with 3 replications and 8 treatment combinations so that 24 plots were obtained. The treatment in question is as follows with Main Plot: Type Varieties (V) V1 = White Chakra, V2 = Sonar and with Subplots Dosage of Mycorrhizal Fertilizer (P) P0 = Without Mycorrhizae P1 = 5g/plant, P2= 10g/plant. P3= 15g/plant. The variables observed in this study were plant height (cm), number of branches (branches), number of fruit planted, fruit length (cm), weight of planting fruit (g), fruit weight per plot (kg). The combination of varietal and mycorrhizal treatments gave the highest yield, namely the Sonar variety with a mycorrhizal fertilizer dose of 15 g/plant and fruit weight per plot of 3.14 kg/plot.
