Abstract

PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN KANTOR CAMAT LAIS KABUPATEN MUSI BANYUASIN Aderio Tri Wahyudi1, Kholillah2, Randy Hidayat3 Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang aderio.triwahyudi07@gmail.com ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Kantor Camat Lais Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian asosiatif dengan populasi dan sampel sebanyak 38 karyawan Kantor Camat Lais Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin, jenis sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni sampel jenuh. Analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini analisa data kualitatif yang di kuantitatifkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial ada pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, ada pengaruh signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan ada pengaruh signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Kantor Camat Lais Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Kata Kunci : kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, kinerja karyawan. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, work environment and work discipline on the performance of Lais sub-district office employees. This type of research uses associative research with a population and a sample of 38 employees of the Lais District Office, the type of sample used in this study is a saturated sample. The data analysis used in this study is qualitative data analysis which is quantified. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of leadership, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. Partially, there is a significant influence of leadership on employee performance, there is a significant effect of the work environment on employee performance, and there is a significant effect of work discipline on the performance of Lais District Office employees.
