Abstract

ABSTRACT Anggraini Wangiastrini/212019320/2023/The Influence of Work Environment, Discipline, and Competence on Employee Performance at PT. Graha Bumi Hijau Kota Palembang/Human Resource Management. The formulation of the research problem is whether there is influence of the work environment, discipline and competence on the performance of employees of PT. Graha Bumi Hijau Kota Palembang? This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 50 people using simple random sampling technique. The data needed are primary and secondary. The data collection method in this study is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that: 1) there is an influence of the work environment, discipline and competence on the performance of employees of PT. Graha Bumi Hijau Palembang, 2) there is an influence of the work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Graha Bumi Hijau Palembang, 3) there is an influence of discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Graha Bumi Hijau Palembang, 4) there is an influence of competence on the performance of employees of PT. Graha Bumi Hijau Palembang. Keywords: work environment, discipline, competence, performance
