Abstract
The intersection of Jalan Rambang Bawah Kemang is divided into 4 directions, namely, Jalan Jendral Sudirman towards Kepodang, Jalan Jendral Sudriman towards the Market, Jalan Rambang Bawah Kemang, Jalan Prof. Moh Yamin. The intersection of Jalan Rambang Bawah Kemang has a traffic light that functions to regulate the movement of each vehicle so that they move alternately so that they do not interfere with each other between different flows. Jalan Rambang Bawah Kemang is one of the intersections that has a high volume of traffic during peak hours, namely, morning, afternoon, and evening.But as time goes by and the number of vehicles continues to grow, traffic problems will arise. The emergence of traffic problems tends to lead to disorder and traffic accidents. After calculating the existing conditions showed unfavorable results based on the 2014 PKJI, the traffic flow was 706 cur/hour with a capacity (C) on the Simpang arm Jl. Rambang Bawah Kemang (South) of 671.82 cur/hour, Degrees of Saturation (DJ) on the Simpang arm Jl. Rambang Bawah Kemang (South) of 1.05, Queue Length (PA) on the Simpang arm Jl. Lower Rambang Kemang (South) of 136.77 meters, Delay (T) on the Simpang arm Jl. Rambang Bawah Kemang (South) of 202.24 sec/cur, and based on saturated conditions a new cycle time of 140 seconds is obtained with a lost time of 16 seconds and a green time at the intersection arm Jl. Prof. M. Yamin (North) by 29 seconds, on the Jl. Rambang Bawah Kemang (South) for 30 seconds, on the Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kepodang (West) intersection arm by 37 seconds, on the Jl.
