Abstract

Sherlya Rahmadini/212019228/2023/Pengaruh Bauran Pemasaran Jasa Terhadap Keputusan Konsumen Dalam Menggunakan Ekspedisi Sicepat Cabang Palembang (Study Kasus Masyarakat Kecamatan Ilir Timur 1). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui adakah Pengaruh Promosi, Orang Dan Proses Terhadap Keputusan Konsumen Dalam Menggunakan Ekspedisi Sicepat cabang Palembang. jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini bersifat infinite dengan sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 100 responden teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan kualitatif yang di kuantitatifkan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan determinasi. Hasil analisis linier berganda menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif variabel promosi, orang dan proses terhadap keputusan menggunakan Ekspedisi Sicepat cabang Palembang. Hasil uji F menunjukkan ada pengaruh signifikan variabel promosi, orang dan proses terhadap keputusan menggunakan Ekspedisi Sicepat cabang Palembang. Hasil uji hipotesis t menunjukkan ada pengaruh variabel promosi, orang dan proses terhadap keputusan menggunakan Ekspedisi Sicepat cabang Palembang. Hasil koefisien determinasi variabel promosi, orang dan proses terhadap keputusan menggunakan Ekspedisi Sicepat cabang palembang sebesar 57,4 %. Kata kunci : Promosi, Orang, Proses, Keputusan Konsumen Sherlya Rahmadini/212019228/2023/The Effect of Service Marketing Mix on Consumer Decisions in Using Sicepat Expedition Palembang Branch. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of promotion, people and processes on consumer decisions in using the Palembang branch of the Sicepat Expedition. The type of research used in this study is associative. The population in this study was infinite with a sample in the study of 100 respondents to purposive sampling techniques. The analytical method used is qualitatively quantitated. The data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis techniques, t tests, F tests, and determinations. The results of multiple linear analysis show that there is a positive influence of promotion variables, people and processes on decisions using the Palembang branch of the Sicepat Expedition. The results of the F test showed that there was a significant influence of promotion, people and process variables on the decision to use the Palembang branch of the Sicepat Expedition. The results of the hypothesis test t show that there is an influence of promotion variables, people and processes on the decision to use the Palembang branch of the Sicepat Expedition. The result of the coefficient of determination of promotion variables, people and processes for decisions using the Palembang branch of the Sicepat Expedition was 57.4%.
