Abstract

Shentia Renita/212019363/2023/Pengaruh Bauran Promosi Terhadap Minat Pelanggan Listrik Pintar Prabayar PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Lahat ULP Pendopo Di Kecamatan Talang Ubi/Manajemen Pemasaran. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh bauran promosi terhadap minat pelanggan Listrik Pintar Prabayar PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Lahat ULP Pendopo di Kecamatan Talang Ubi? Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian asosiatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 68 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner (angket). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan hipotesis uji F, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis penelitian bahwa: 1) ada pengaruh bauran promosi terhadap minat pelanggan Listrik Pintar Prabayar PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Lahat ULP Pendopo di Kecamatan Talang Ubi, 2) ada pengaruh periklanan (advertising) terhadap minat pelanggan Listrik Pintar Prabayar PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Lahat ULP Pendopo di Kecamatan Talang Ubi, 3) ada pengaruh penjualan perseorangan (personal selling) terhadap minat pelanggan Listrik Pintar Prabayar PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Lahat ULP Pendopo di Kecamatan Talang Ubi, 4) ada pengaruh pemasaran langsung (direct marketing) terhadap minat pelanggan Listrik Pintar Prabayar PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Lahat ULP Pendopo di Kecamatan Talang Ubi. PLN (Persero) UP3 Lahat ULP Hall in Talang Ubi District/Marketing Management. The formulation of the research problem is that there is an influence of the promotion mix on the interest of PT. Prepaid Smart Electricity customers. PLN (Persero) UP3 Lahat ULP Hall in Talang Ubi District? This research includes associative research. The research sample was 68 people with purposive sampling technique. The data collection method in this study is a questionnaire (questionnaire). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the F test hypothesis, t test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the research analysis show that: 1) there is an influence of the promotion mix on the interest of PT. Prepaid Smart Electricity customers. PLN (Persero) UP3 Lahat ULP Pendopo in Talang Ubi District, 2) there is an influence of advertising (advertising) on the interest of PT. Prepaid Smart Electricity customers. PLN (Persero) UP3 Lahat ULP Pendopo in Talang Ubi District, 3) there is an effect of personal selling on the interest of PT. Prepaid Smart Electricity customers. PLN (Persero) UP3 Lahat ULP Pendopo in Talang Ubi District, 4) there is a direct marketing influence on the interest of PT. Prepaid Smart Electricity customers.
