Abstract

ABSTRAK Risa Hasana /222019084/2023/Pengaruh Audit Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan PT.Kirana Windu Surulangun Rawas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuai dan menganalisis secara parsial pengaruh audit manajemen sumber daya manusia terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan PT. Kirana Windu Surulangun Rawas. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah primer, Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian asosiatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 45 responden yang mana semuanya merupakan karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Kirana Windu Surulangun Rawas. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu berupa kuesioner. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Pengujian data validitas dan reliabilitas, tehnik analisis statistic deskriptif inferensial (distribusi normalitas, heterokedastisitas dan multikolinearitas), uji regresi dan uji t. Pengelolaan data dalam penelitian ini dibantu SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel audit manajemen sumber daya manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Kirana Windu Surulangun Rawas. Besarnya pengaruh audit manajemen sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan pada penelitian ini sebesar 59,2% yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner determinasi dan sisanyan 40,8% dipengaruhi variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Kata kunci : Audit Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRAC Risa Hasana/222019084/2023/The Effect of Human Resource Management Audit on Improving Employee Performance at PT.Kirana Windu Surulangun Rawas This study aims to determine and partially analyze the effect of human resource managemen audits on improving the performance of employees of PT.Kirana Windu Surulangun Rawas. The data used in this research is primar. The type of research used is associative research. The sample in this study was 45 respondents, all of whom were employess working at PT.Kirana Windu Surulangun Rawas. The data collection technique used is in the form of a questionnaire. Testing data validity and reliability, inferential descriptive statistical analysis tecniques (distribution of normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity), regression test and t test. Data management in this study was assisted by SPSS. The results of the study show that parcially the human resource management audit variable has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT.Kirana Windu Surulangun Rawas. The magnitude of the influence of human resource management audits on employee performance in this study amounted to 59,2% which was obtained from the results influenced by other variables outside this study.
