Abstract

Muhammad Arif Kurniawan/212019124/2023/The Influence of Organizational Culture, Discipline and Development on Employee Performance at PT. Sunan Rubber Palembang/Human Resource Management. The formulation of the research problem is: 1) is there any influence of organizational culture, discipline and development on employee performance? 2) is there any influence of organizational culture on employee performance? 3) is there any influence of discipline on employee performance? 4) is there an effect of development on employee performance? The sample in this study were 77 people using a purposive sampling technique. The data needed are primary and secondary. The data collection method in this study is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that: 1) there is an influence of organizational culture, discipline and development on the performance of employees of PT. Sunan Rubber Palembang, 2) there is an influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. Sunan Rubber Palembang, 3) there is an influence of discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Sunan Rubber Palembang, 4) there is a development effect on the performance of employees of PT. Sunan Rubber Palembang. Keywords: discipline, motivation, performance
