Abstract

Kemacetan arus lalu lintas yang terjadi pada jalan Palembang-Betung (KM14-KM18) Banyuasin. untuk bergerak dari Kota Palembang menuju Kabupaten Banyuasin ke tempat yang lainnya, Jika arus lalu lintas terjadi kemacetan, maka mobilitas masyarakat juga akan mengalami gangguan, dan juga kemacetan ini pasti akan berdampak negatif pada masyarakat. Dengan menganalisa penyebab terjadinya kemacetan lalu lintas pada ruas jalan Palembang-Betung (KM14-KM18) Banyuasin. serta untuk menganalisa tingkat pelayanan yang optimal sehingga tidak terjadi kemacetan lagi di ruas jalan Palembang-Betung. Mencari permasalahan kemacetan dan memberikan solusi (pemecahan masalah) yang terjadi di jalan Palembang-Betung (KM14-KM18) Banyuasin. Berdasarkan hasil analisadi lapangan, penyebab kemacetan yang terjadi di jalan Palembang-Betung dapat disimpulkan. Tingkat Pelayanan dari hasil Lalu lintas harian rata – rata menunjukan kondisi (E), Perilaku pengendara yang sering parkir di bahu jalanyang tidak teratur dan juga banyaknya kendaraan yang keluar masuk dan putar arah, dan Fasilitas jalan yang kurang memadai untuk solusinya di buat median, trotoar, dan pelebaran jalan. Kata Kunci : Kemacetan, mobilitas masyarakat ,Jalan Palembang-Betung, menganalisa, Mencari permasalahan, Tingkat Pelayanan

The level of service from the results of the average daily traffic shows the condition (E), the behavior of drivers who often park on the shoulder of the road that is not regular and also the number of vehicles going in and out and turning directions, and inadequate road facilities for the solution to make medians, sidewalks , and road widening.
