Abstract

ABSTRAK Febriansyah/ 212017274/ 2022/ Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Bintang Harapan Palma (BHP) Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bintang Harapan Palma (BHP) Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 65 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda, menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif kompetensi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan dengan tingkat keyaninan 95% membuktikan ada pengaruh signifikan kompetensi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial dengan tingkat keyakinan 95% membuktikan ada pengaruh signifikan kompetensi dan kepemimpinan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai koefisien determinasi, memperlihatkan bahwa variabel kompetensi dan kepemimpinan kerja mampu berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan besarnya sumbangan yang disebabkannya sebesar 45,3%. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Kepemimpinan dan Kinerja Karyawan Febriansyah/ 212017274/ 2022/ The Influence of Competence and Leadership on Employee Performance of PT Bintang Harapan Palma (BHP) Ogan Komering Ilir Regency This study aims to determine the effect of competence and leadership on the performance of employees of PT Bintang Harapan Palma (BHP) Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The sample used was 65 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. Analysis of the data used is quantitative analysis. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that there was a positive influence of competence and leadership on employee performance. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing with a 95% confidence level prove that there is a significant influence of competence and leadership on employee performance. The results of partial hypothesis testing with 95% confidence level prove that there is a significant influence of competence and leadership partially on employee performance. The value of the coefficient of determination, shows that the variables of competence and work leadership are able to influence employee performance, with the amount of the contribution caused by 45.3%.
