Abstract
Concrete is one of the main construction materials used for construction. Concrete is formed from a mixture of coarse aggregate and fine aggregate with the addition of a water cement composition and other filling materials in a certain ratio. In this study, the additives used in the concrete mixture were corn stalk ash and polycarboxylate chemical additives. Corn stalk ash has the benefit of binding the material well and polycarboxylate as an admixture chemical that can increase workability in the concrete mix process and can accelerate concrete binding and can reduce water use by 15% to 20% without complicating the work. Percentage of additives in corn stalk ash and polycarboxylate by weight of cement. The results of testing concrete with variations of concrete fc25 + poly 1.5% of 14.91% for 3 days and 8.54% for 28 days, concrete with + poly 1.5% + ABJ 2 % 19.45 % Mpa for 3 days and 11.41 % for 28 days, concrete with + poly 1.5 % + ABJ 4 % 24.96 % Mpa for 3 days and 14.74% for 28 days, concrete with + poly 1.5 % + ABJ 6 % 23.01 % Mpa for 3 days and 13.08 % for 28 days.
