Abstract
ABSTRAK Rizka Amalia/212018173/2022/Perbedaan Kepuasan Kerja dan Loyalitas Kerja Karyawan Tetap dan Tidak Tetap PT. Asuransi Wahana Tata Cabang Palembang/Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah: Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah: 1) Apakah ada perbedaan kepuasan kerja antara karyawan tetap dan tidak tetap PT. Asuransi Wahana Tata Cabang Palembang? 2) Apakah ada perbedaan loyalitas kerja antara karyawan tetap dan tidak tetap PT. Asuransi Wahana Tata Cabang Palembang? Tujuannya untuk mengetahui: 1) perbedaan kepuasan kerja karyawan tetap dan tidak tetap PT. Asuransi Wahana Tata Cabang Palembang, 2) perbedaan loyalitas kerja karyawan tetap dan tidak tetap PT. Asuransi Wahana Tata Cabang Palembang. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian komparatif. Terdapat satu variabel yang diteliti, yaitu kepuasan karyawan yang dikembangkan menjadi indikator gaji, jenis pekerjaan, dan lingkungan kerja. Data yang diperlukan adalah data yang menggunakan metode kuesioner. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Chi Square dengan bantuan program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: 1) ada perbedaan kepuasan kerja karyawan tetap dan tidak tetap PT. Asuransi Wahana Tata Cabang Palembang, 2) ada perbedaan loyalitas kerja karyawan tetap dan tidak tetap PT. Asuransi Wahana Tata Cabang Palembang. Kata kunci: perbedaan, kepuasan, loyalitas karyawan tetap dan tidak tetap. The data needed is data using the questionnaire method. The data collection method in this study was a questionnaire.
