Abstract

Parking facilities are quite a matter of concern, especially if you visit places that are crowded with visitors, such as the Rejang Lebong Regency Regional General Hospital which has narrow parking facilities and quite a few. So that it causes the vehicle to be unorganized and irregular in using parking facilities. And there are still many visitors who park out of place. The purpose of this study is to determine the comparison between the needs and the capacity of the existing parking lot. This study was conducted with the stages of analyzing the area of parking lots, the area of parking plots and the number of vehicles. From the results of data processing, it can be concluded that the largest volume of car vehicles occurred on Wednesday with the number of 78 vehicles and motorcycles on Friday with a total of 138 vehicles, with a parking pattern of 45⁰ for cars and 90⁰ for motorcycles. The availability of motor vehicle parking capacity is 45 and the capacity of car vehicles is 70, resulting in a shortage of 93 motor vehicles and 8 car vehicles, which is inferred from the calculation of the largest accumulation.
