Abstract

ABSTRAK Wydiya/212018098/2022/Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Bonardo Cipta Utama di Kabupaten Muara Enim/ Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bonardo Cipta Utama di Kabupaten Muara Enim. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bonardo Cipta Utama di Kabupaten Muara Enim. Total populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 62 orang karyawan. Dengan teknik Proportinate stratified random sampling sehingga diperoleh 54 sampel dalam penelitian ini, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara simultan kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bonardo Cipta Utama di Kabupaten Muara Enim. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT Wydiya/212018098/2022/The Influence of Leadership and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Bonardo Cipta Utama in Muara Enim Regency/ Human Resources (HR). This study aims to examine the effect of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bonardo Cipta Utama in Muara Enim Regency. The population of this research is the employees of PT. Bonardo Cipta Utama in Muara Enim Regency. The total population in this study was 62 employees. With the Proportinate stratified random sampling technique so that 54 samples were obtained in this study, the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results show that leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously leadership and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bonardo Cipta Utama in Muara Enim Regency.
