Abstract

Al Fitrah Ardiansyah/212017083/ 2022/ Pengaruh Motivasi dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT.Pusaka Sinar Dian Abadi Kabupaten PALI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh motivasi dan kompetensiterhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Pusaka Sinar Dian Abadi Kabupaten PALI. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 52 responden dari total populasi sebanyak 110 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan data sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Stratified. Metode pengumpulan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif yang dikuantitatifkan. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji F, uji t dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian dengan uji F menunjukkan ada pengaruh signifikan motivasi dan kompetensiterhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pusaka Sinar Dian Abadi. Hasil uji t menunjukkan ada pengaruh signifikan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, ada pengaruh signifikan kompetensiterhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pusaka Sinar Dian Abadi. Kata Kunci : Kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi, Kompetensi. Pusaka Sinar Dian Abadi, Kabupaten PALI. This type of research used associative research. The sample in this study were 52 respondents from a total population of 110 employees. The sample data collection technique used purposive stratified technique. The collection method used a questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis in this study used quantitative qualitative data analysis. Data processing techniques used multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and correlation coefficient. The results of the study with the F test showed that there was a significant effect of motivation and competenceonemployeeperformance of PT.Pusaka Sinar Dian Abadi. The results of the t test showed that there was a significant effect of motivation on employee performance, there was a significant effect of competence on employee performance of PT.
