Abstract

ABSTRAK Rizki /212017096/2022/ Pengaruh Tunjangan dan Konflik Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan di PT.PALEMBANG KARYA STEEL Rumusan Masalah dalam Penelitian ini 1) Adakah pengaruh tunjangan kerja dan konflik kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Palembang Karya Steel. 2) Adakah pengaruh konflik kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PTPalembang Karya Steel. 3) Adakah pengaruh tunjangan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Palembang karya steel. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan hipotesis 1) Tunjangan dan konflik kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Palembang Karya Steel. 2) Tunjangan kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Palembang Karya Steel. 3) Konflik kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Palembang Karya Steel. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat Asosiatif sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 120 karyawan PT. Palembang Karya Steel. Data yang digunakan penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan skunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda hasil penelitian ini menunjukan. 1) Ada pengaruh signifikan tunjangan dan konflik terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT. Palembang Karya Steel. 2) Ada pengaruh signifikan tunjangan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT. Palembang Karya Steel. 3) Ada pengaruh signifikan konflik terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT. Palembang Karya Steel. Kata Kunci : Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan, Tunjangan dan Konflik. ABSTRACT Rizki /212017096/2022/ The Effect of Benefits and Conflicts on Employee Work Productivity at PT. PALEMBANG KARYA STEEL. Formulation of the problem in this study 1) Is there any effect of work benefits and work conflict on the work productivity of PT Palembang Karya Steel's employees. 2) Is there any effect of work conflict on the work productivity of PT Palembang Karya Steel employees. 3) Is there any effect of work allowances on the work productivity of PT Palembang Karya Steel's employees. This research was conducted with the hypothesis 1) Benefits and work conflict have an influence on the work productivity of PT. Palembang Karya Steel. 2) Work benefits affect the work productivity of employees of PT. Palembang Karya Steel. 3) Work conflict affects the work productivity of employees of PT Palembang Karya Steel. This type of research is associative the sample used is 120 employees of PT. Palembang Karya Steel. The data used in this study using primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show. 1) There is a significant influence of allowances and conflicts on the work productivity of employees at PT. Palembang Karya Steel. 2) There is a significant influence of allowances on employee work productivity at PT. Palembang Karya Steel. 3) There is a significant effect of conflict on the work productivity of employees at PT. Palembang Karya Steel. ​​​​​ Keywords: Employee Productivity, Benefits and Conflict.
