Abstract

ULFI OKTARINA Analysis Of Labor Allocation On Pineapple Farming In Lubuk Karet Village Betung Sub-District Banyuasin District. (Supervised by SISVABERTI AFRIYATNA and INNIKE ABDILLAH FAHMI). This study aims to determine the labor effect in the income of pineapple farming in Lubuk Karet Village Betung sub-district Banyuasin district. The research method used is a survey method while the sampling method is a saturated sampling method with 13 farmers. Data collection methods using observation and interviews. The data obtained in the field was first edited and then coded and then tabulated. To answer the first problem, namely calculating the outpouring of labor. The next step is to answer the second problem using a simple regression test. Stastistical tests were carried out using the SPSS for windows 25 computer application. The result showed that pineapple farming used 34,19 JKP/MT. The value of the coefficient of labor Allocation on konstanta obtained a significance of 1,34 sig < 0,05 it means that it is not significant, namely between labor Allocation variable on income because the increase or not affect the income earned.
