Abstract

Dendi Yuga Swara /212018157/2022/ The Influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment on employee performance at the Manpower Office of Palembang City / Human Resource Management. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Palembang City Manpower Office. This research includes associative research. The location of this research is the Manpower Office of Palembang City, which is located at Jl. Ade Irma Nasution No. 125, Sungai Pangeran, Kec. Ilir Timur I, Palembang City. The sample in this study was 55 people, with the analysis technique of Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection through questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis used is qualitative and quantitative analysis. The analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis F test, Hypothesis t test and Coefficient of Determination. The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment on the performance of the Palembang City Manpower Service employees. The results of the Hypothesis F test show that there is a significant influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment on the performance of the Palembang City Manpower Service employees. The results of the hypothesis t test indicate that there is a significant influence of the Organizational Culture variable or the Organizational Commitment variable partially on the performance of the Palembang City Manpower Office. The results of the coefficient of determination that the variables of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment are able to explain changes to the employee performance variable of 62.7%. While the remaining 37.3% is explained by other factors not included in this study. The results showed that there was an influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment on the performance of the Manpower Office of Palembang City.
