Abstract

Dini Wulandari / 212018240 / 2022/ The Effect of Work Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Go Rental Branch Prabumulih. / Human Resources The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Go Rental Prabumulih Branch. The type of research used in this study is associative. The population in this study were all employees of PT.Go Rental Branch Prabumulih, amounting to 250 employees and the sample used in this study amounted to 71 employees with the sampling technique using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling Technique. The analytical method used is qualitative and quantitative. The data analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, f-test, t-test and the coefficient of determination, f hypothesis test results show that there is a significant effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Go Rental Prabumulih Branch. The results of the t hypothesis test show that there is a significant effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Go Rental Prabumulih Branch and there is a Significant Effect of Work Environment on Employee Performance of PT. Go Rental Prabumulih Branch.
