Abstract

ABSTRAK Mia Aresfi / 212018039 / 2022 / Pengaruh Tempat, Promosi dan Bukti Fisik Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Wisatawan Pada Objek Wisata Bukit Siguntang di Kota Palembang/Pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tempat, promosi, dan bukti fisik terhadap keptusan pembelian wisatawan pada objek wisata Bukit Siguntang di kota Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat asosiatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan variabel tempat, promosi dan bukti fisik terhadap keputusan pembelian wisatawan pada objek wisata Bukit Siguntang di kota Palembang Kata Kunci: Tempat, Promosi, Bukti Fisik, Keputusan Pembelian   ABSTRACT Mia Aresfi / 212018039 / 2022 / The Influence of Places, Promotions and Physical Evidence on Tourists Purchasing Decisions at the Bukit Siguntang Hill tourist attraction in the city of Palembang/Marketing. The study aimed to determine the effect of place, promotion and phisical evidence on tourist purchasing decisions at the Siguntang Hill tourist attraction in Palembang city. This type of research is associative. Samples used as many as 100 people with sampling techniques using purposive sampling. The data used in this study is primary data. The data collection method used in the study was through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that there is a positive and significant influence on place variables, promotions and physical evidence on the decision to visit tourists at Bukit Siguntang attraction in Palembang city.
