Abstract
ABSTRAK Nama : Khalifah Hasanah Ilham Program Studi : Pendidikan Kedokteran Judul : Hubungan Tempat Perkembangbiakan Nyamuk Aedes aegypti dengan Penyakit Demam Berdarah di Desa Beti Kecamatan Indralaya Selatan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) merupakan salah satu penyakit endemik di seluruh wilayah tropis dan sebagian wilayah subtropis yang ditularkan oleh nyamuk Ae. aegypti. Kejadian DBD dipengaruhi oleh kepadatan populasi jentik Ae. aegypti. Nyamuk Ae. aegypti biasanya menyukai genangan air yang bersih, tidak terkena sinar matahari langsung dan tidak berhubungan langsung dengan tanah. Tempat perkembangbiakan larva Ae. aegypti banyak ditemukan pada botol bekas, kaleng bekas dan penampungan air berwadah besar, seperti bak mandi, tempayan, ember dan drum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tempat berkembangbiak dan keberadaan jentik nyamuk Ae. aegypti terhadap kasus Demam Berdarah Dengue di Desa Beti Kecamatan Indralaya Selatan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 49 responden yang didapatkan dengan cara total sampling. Data primer diperoleh dengan melakukan observasi tempat penampungan air (TPA) setiap rumah warga Desa Beti. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebesar 38,8% responden yang memiliki riwayat DBD. Tempat perkembangbiakan yang paling disukai oleh jentik nyamuk Ae. Aegypti adalah ember sebanyak 47 ember (87,8%), berdasarkan analisis uji Chi Square didapatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara tempat perkembangbiakan nyamuk Ae. aegypti dengan kejadian DBD dengan nilai (p = 0,001) dan terdapat hubungan antara keberadaan jentik nyamuk Ae. aegypti dengan kejadian DBD dengan nilai (p = 0,005). Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa terdapat hubungan tempat berkembangbiakan dan keberadaan jentik nyamuk Ae. aegypti terhadap kasus DBD di Desa Beti. The incidence of dengue fever is influenced by Ae. aegypti mosquito larva population density. Ae. aegypti mosquito usually prefer a clean water puddle as their habitat, no direct sunlight and no direct contact with the ground. Their breeding habitat usually located in used plastic bottles, used cans and large water storage, such as bath water storage, crocks, buckets and drums. This study was aimed to indentify The Correlation Between Aedes eagypti Mosquito Breeding Habitat Towards Dengue Fever in Beti Village part of Indralaya Selatan Subdistrict in Ogan Ilir Regency Palembang. This study was using analytical observational research method though Cross Sectional approach with total sample as much as 49 respondents and they were selected by using total sampling technique. Primary data was collected by conducting water storage observation at every house in Beti Village. The results of the study found that 38,8 % respondents have DBD history. Ae. aegypti larva most favorite breeding habitat is bucket and there were 47 buckets (87,7 %), based on Chi Square analysis showed that there is a correlation between Aedes eagypti mosquito breeding habitat towards dengue fever incidences with a value as much as ( p = 0,001 ) and there is a correlation between Ae. aegypti larva existence towards dengue fever incidences with a value as much as ( P=0,005 ). Finally, this study has concluded that here is a correlation between Aedes eagypti mosquito breeding habitat towards dengue fever cases in Beti Village.
