Abstract
Rainfed rice fields only rely on water from rainfall because they do not get water supply from irrigation. So that it can cause crop failure if the rice fields experience prolonged drought. This research is located in Arisan Musi Village, Muara Belida District, Muara Enim Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the amount of rainwater was able to meet the water needs of rainfed rice fields in Arisan Musi Village. The planting season is carried out in Arisan Musi Village once a year. Based on the results of the calculation of the cropping pattern once a year is still not fulfilled. This can be seen from the average availability in the first planting season (March – July) of 0.58 m3/s with an average water requirement of 0.98 m3/s in the first planting season.
