Abstract

Abstract Nabela Fitria Ningrum/212017287/2021/The Effects of Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Bina Sawit Makmur Mesuji, Ogan Komering Ilir/Human Resources. This study aimed to determine the effects of discipline and work motivation on employee performance. This research included in the type of quantitative descriptive research with the research subject PT. Bina Sawit Makmur Mesuji, Ogan Komering Ilir. In this study there were 75 research samples selected using stratified sampling with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to respondents and data analysis techniques using qualitative and quantitative analysis using validity tests, reliability tests and multiple linear regression analysis techniques such as hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicated that there were significant effects of discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bina Sawit Makmur Mesuji, Ogan Komering Ilir.
