Abstract

Indonesia Inggris ABSTRAK Lisdayanti/212017305/2021/Pengaru Kompensasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Arwana Citra Mulia Kecamatan Indralaya Utara Kabupaten Ogan Ilir/Sumber Daya Manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian PT. Arwana Citra Mulia Ogan Ilir. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 65 sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan pengambilan data secara membagikan kuisioner kepada responden dan teknik analisa data analisa secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif memakai uji Validitas,uji reliabilitas dan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda seperti uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengaruh Kompensasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Arwana Citra Mulia Ogan Ilir Kata Kunci : PT. Arwana Citra Mulia Ogan Ilirr,Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Disiplin Kerja,metode,Hasil penelitian. ABSTRACT Lisdayanti/212017305/2021/The Effect of Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Arwana Citra Mulia, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency/Human Resources. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance. This research is included in the type of quantitative descriptive research with the research subject of PT. Arowana Citra Mulia Ogan Ilir. In this study there were 65 research samples using nonprobability sampling with data collection by distributing questionnaires to respondents and data analysis techniques qualitative and quantitative analysis using validity tests, reliability tests and multiple linear regression analysis techniques such as hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that there are significant influence between the effect of Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance PT. Arowana Noble Image Ogan Ilir Keywords: PT.
