Abstract

Abstract Reni Anggraini / 212017302 / 2021 / The Effects of Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline on Job Satisfaction of PT. Bukit Asam Tbk, Kertapati Pier Unit, South Sumatra. This study aimed to determine the effect of organizational commitment and work discipline on employee job satisfaction. This research was included in the type of associative research with the research subject of PT. Bukit Asam Tbk, In this study there were 55 research samples using Simple Random Sampling with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to respondents and qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques using Validity Test, Reliability Test and Multiple Linear Regression analysis techniques such as Hypothesis Testing. The results of this study indicated that there was a significant effect between the influence of organizational commitment and work discipline on employee job satisfaction of PT. Bukit Asam Tbk, Kertapati Pier Unit, South Sumatra.
